You can find us physically in Sóller from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm and in Palma from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:45 pm.

Internet connection issues

In the case of issues with your internet connection, please contact us for free on 900 373 417.

• Incidents on internet connections via radio, domestic fiber, mobile, landline, roaming and television, received after 16:45h, on weekends or holidays will be dealt with on the next working day.
• Professional fibre connection issues will be attended to between 7am and 9pm every day.
